Function bundle_instruments 

pub fn bundle_instruments(stream: &mut Stream)

Gives each note, chord or stroke of a stream the instrument standing last before it as its own, and takes the instruments out of the stream: music21’s bundleInstruments, which undoes unbundle_instruments.

Only what the stream holds itself is looked at. A note with no instrument before it is left with none of its own, whatever it had.
