Marks the first and last of each run of tuplets in a line of notes as
where its bracket starts and stops: music21’s makeTupletBrackets.
A line is a measure’s own notes, or one voice’s; grace notes are passed over. A run ends when the notes of a tuplet have filled its length, or where the next note is in no tuplet. A tuplet with none either side of it is bracketed alone, and drawn with no bracket. A note written in more than one tuplet at once is taken as in none.
