Cuts the note or rest after an unfinished tuplet where that finishes it:
music21’s splitElementsToCompleteTuplets, on one line.
Both the notes of the tuplet and the one cut must have had their lengths worked out rather than written, and the one cut must follow without a gap. The pieces are tied.

A note the cut leaves with a length no tie of written values reaches.
