Tunings are ordered from low string to high string and use concrete pitches, not just pitch classes, so fingering generation can respect octaves.

Open-string pitch name, including octave.

pitch_space: IntegerType

Open-string pitch space, where C4 is 60.

pitch_class: u8

Open-string pitch class.
